Made by Kempson and Wyon for Thomas Sharp and Thomas Chaldecott. Sharp was a draper in Portsmouth, and married Chaldecott’s sister. Chaldecott was a silversmith in Chichester. The Hampshire 53-55 are linked with the Sussex 19 and 20.
